Nowadays, teachers’practical knowledge has become a new focus on teacher education in academic circles. The theoretical knowledge is important for Teachers’daily work, and the practical knowledge is also significant.Teachers’practical knowledge, a unique form of knowledge, not only provides an effective basis for the teacher’s professional autonomy. Novice teachers without any experience, need to generate practical knowledge urgently. And Specially Contracted Teachers play a unique role in novice teachers. A study on generation strategies has significance for Specially Contracted Teachers. Therefore, to explore and build some strategies on effectively generating notice teachers’practical knowledge is this study’s aim. These strategies will have contributed to enhancing notice teachers’, including Specially Contracted Teachers’practical reason, have contributed to Launching some education activities more successfully, have contributed to accelerate teachers’professional development more effectively. This study starts with the notice teachers’education practicing and chooses Specially Contracted Teachers as object of study. On the basis of combing former research on teacher practical knowledge, this study mainly using questionnaire, interview and case study, has researched some generation strategies on practical knowledge of specially contracted teachers in Ningxia. After researched the practical condition in practical knowledge generation of specially contracted teachers in Ningxia, this study found, specially contracted teachers have some problems in the generation of practical knowledge. In order to solve the problems, the study analyzes the reasons coming form teacher education, primary and secondary schools, and Specially Contracted Teachers. And some strategies are explored and built as following:In the side of teacher education, we should reconstruct the system of teacher education, should accelerate the process of the integration in teacher education to strengthen the closer connection between theoretical knowledge and the education practice, and should establish a spiral mixed pre-service curriculum structure. In the side of primary and secondary schools, these schools should attach great importance to post occupational training, carry out "apprenticeship partnership", build more reasonable evaluation system for specially contracted teachers, pay more attention to the school-based teaching and research. These measures will promote the generation strategies for primary and secondary schools’specially contracted teachers’practical knowledge.In the side of specially contracted teachers, the teachers should have passion including:Continuing to study education theory knowledge, reflecting in practice instruction, building up the idea of lifelong learning.The author expect this study can be helpful for specially contracted teachers’ professional development,and expect this study can be a basis for training and directing notice teacher.
