In recent years, higher vocational colleges in China are on the rise, the scale of enrollment expansion in higher occupation education, teaching quality has become a hot problem of the whole society. Therefore, must according to the vocational school teaching objectives, establish a scientific teaching quality monitoring system, so as to ensure the higher occupation education to move forward along the right track.The application of control theory, to explore the relationship between the teaching goal of Higher Vocational Colleges and the teaching quality monitoring. The main sources of dislocation deviation and teaching objectives of teaching quality monitoring, teaching goal orientation of higher vocational education determines teaching quality standard, and influence the teaching quality evaluation system. Teaching institutions of Higher Vocational Colleges in China to foster the practical talents, the main goal is the need of the society technology of great talent and skilled talents with high intelligence, and non academic talents and engineering talents in higher training school, general skilled personnel are not vocational colleges, so its teaching objectives and other colleges, secondary schools, there are both similarities, there are differences, have their own unique features. Today many vocational colleges teaching goal swing, wandering, target positioning is not clear, consciously or unconsciously, in line with the general higher education, many colleges and universities school guiding ideology is vague, a lot of new colleges is the secondary upgraded, dislocation of educational objectives lead to distortions and deviations of education quality control system, we need to build up scientific, specification, can the teaching quality monitoring system practical, effective, and as a reference implementation of feedforward control, concurrent control and multi direction, feedback control and monitor the whole process of teaching quality. Finally, taking the Fujian Polytechnic of Information Technology as a case, analyze, summarize and constantly improve the quality control link, pay attention to itself, improve the process, index system and constantly improve the monitoring of teaching quality, is the key to long-term development to achieve the teaching quality monitoring system in higher vocational colleges.
