With the society in transition, educational reform, people’s concept of physical education and health, exercise and sports lifestyle are experiencing epochal and the replace the old with the new transmutation process. Sport is an important part of the "people" of development, is an important means to improve the overall quality of life, also is an important part of education. With the deep reformation of education and increasing realization of the physical relationship. School sports are being extended to the society and gradually formed a school-based, supplemented by a full range of social and family commitment to youth sports education system. High School after-school training as part of the school sports, assume the heavy responsibility of school sports development.High school gymnastic special students as a major group after school training, their thoughts and behavior not only directly affect school training result, but also affect the development of school sports.It is worth to learn when high school gymnastic special students under the dual pressures of training and learning, still showing the courage to fight and positive spirit. However, to be honest, they still exist many problems in the idea and behavior, mainly in: lazy attitude, dating standard confused, loss of integrity, lack of social responsibility and so on.This article aims to study the high school gymnastic special students’ characteristics of thought and analysis on issues arising from their idea and behavior, find the reasons, and summarizes the corresponding methods.Including the following reasons as caused the above mentioned issues:It appear the different psychological characteristics of students, due to high school gymnastic special students’training, competition and other reasons; mutual influence between peers high school sports talented students; affection of family education; the impact caused by a single school education ways and contents.It is need to strengthen the idea and behavior of high school sports talented students of education, the first thing, base on the their specialties and combined with their psychological characteristics, teaching students according to their aptitude; Second, as concern the teacher and the student, building a better teacher-student relationship; Third, base on management, setting up sports talented students class, focus on education; Last, as concern the educational mode, change the traditional idea of education in order to organically arrange the physical education and educational idea and behavior, run through it in daily training.
