With the increasing popularity of basketball,the competitive ability of basketball has been gradually raised.In order to finish the game better,the coordination of basketball players is very important.Especially high school basketball players who are the future stars of basketball in China,most of them still use traditional training methods to train physical coordination and have little effect.The article takes the special physical coordination of high school basketball players as the research object,selects the senior middle school basketball players in Jilin experimental middle school and Changchun experimental middle school as the experimental object,and carries out the group of high school basketball players through the literature data method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and the experimental test method.The experimental study of special physical coordination,through the comparison of the test results,found that the measured data of the two groups were most significant differences after the experiment,indicating the effect and influence of the special physical coordination training on the jumping,speed,sensitive quality and competitive ability of the athletes in basketball competition and the basketball transport.The function of mobilizing the field also has some influence.In addition,the author made a systematic summary of the experimental research,and combined with years of basketball training and teaching experience,from two aspects of theory and practice,summed up how to effectively improve the physical coordination of high school athletes,and enhance their physical qualities.
