The Investigation And Research Of Gymnastic Training Behaviors Of College Students In Mudanjiang

According to the probe of the gymnastic training conditions of college students in Mudanjiang, the conclusion of this dissertation shows that most students in Mudanjiang colleges possess the subjective conditions of forming and keeping the habits of gymnastic training. The students have the right understanding of the significance of gymnastic training; the comprehensive interest, varieties of exercising motivation, better sports abilities, and the favorable sports experience. However, half the amount of the students does not like to have the gymnastic class.Most students are lack of the consistent will and the independent training abilities. The students who have the habit of training take precedence over the student who do not have in the above elements. This dissertation adopts the methods of fieldwork, literature search, questionnaire, and quantitative statistics, logical analysis and so on. By means of these methods, this dissertation gives a careful analyzing research of the actuality of gymnastic training and the main elements which influence the college students in Mudanjiang.The factors that influence students'participation in the gymnastic training are as following: the subjective understanding of gymnastic training, the economic condition of the student's family, the field and equipment of gymnastic training, the habits of gymnastic training.This dissertation finally proposes that the gymnastic training of college students should be given more attention, enforce college students'consciousness of gymnastic training, consistent will and the cultivation of independent gymnastic abilities, deepen the physical reform of the college, and the physical lesson give prominence to body-building, entertainment, interest, increase the construction of the gymnastic field and equipment and so on.
