The enterprise of the Chinese language education in Thailand develops vigorously inrecent years, and it has formed the good development momentum. Rayong is located in theeastern region of Thailand, and has13public high schools to offer Chinese lessons. Thesurvey mainly investigates the promotion of teaching Chinese in the eight public high schoolswith author’s teaching practice. Respondents are Rayong8public high school Chinesevolunteer teachers and314high school students of Chinese language learner. The overallpublic high school Chinese education of Rayong can be known from the eight high schoolsChinese education.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey, many problems still exist even though itdevelops rapidly. For local teachers in Thailand, their cultural level is not high and for theVolunteer teachers, they lack experience in teaching and have a short teaching term. At thesame time, there are also some problems about teaching material. All above directly affect theteaching efficiency. For the students, the situation is also not optimistic. First of all, a lot ofstudents’ attitude of learning Chinese is not correct. Secondly, Chinese is recognized moredifficult to learn because phonetics, grammar and Chinese characters can become thedifficulty of students’ learning, which affect Chinese better promotion in Thailand. Therefore,the author puts forward some proposals and suggestions from the practice and actual situationto solve the problems which appear in the survey.
