Chinese is an important subject in humanities and social sciences, an important tool for people to communicate thoughts as well as the foundation of learning various knowledge. Thus it can be seen that Chinese education has an extremely important position and plays an irreplaceable role in the process of the growth of teenagers to be mature from childish, to be broad from narrow. We have always emphasized the importance of Chinese education and teaching program clearly regulates that the purpose of Chinese education is to make the students master the necessary basic knowledge of Chinese, improve the corresponding ability of reading, writing and oral communication, strengthen the ability of autonomous learning and inquiry learning, and promote the comprehensive quality through Chinese teaching. However, Chinese education is influenced by many factors in reality, especially Chinese education in vocational education has still not broken through the tradition to carry on the knowledge education and teaching modes such as spoon-feeding education and rote learning, which ignores the students’ subjectivity, is not associated with the students’ reality and lacks of characteristics of vocational education. In such a class, the students are forced to learn so that the atmosphere of the classroom is deadly dull and the teaching is naturally not satisfying.This paper, taking Hubei Mechanical Industrial School, a typical secondary vocational school as a research sample and by using individual to general method, studies the existing problems in Chinese teaching and reasons and carries out effective countermeasure to provide some references for Chinese teaching in vocational education.
