Lesson plan is the text form of teaching design, it is the theoretical basis of ateacher in the whole teaching process to support classroom practice. Lesson plan canbe used as one of the standard of evaluation the teachers teaching. At the same time,Lesson plan is the precondition of a teacher teaching well, the ponder both in theoriesand practices, it can promote the teachers present a good lesson. Lesson plan canbring more reflections to teachers and the more promote teachers’ professional growthand development. To research the lesson plan, can guide the teachers have a betterunderstanding of qualified teaching plans in theory, makes the primary schoolteachers build up the right idea of about design lesson plans; On the practical, it canguide the teachers to design a better lesson plan, generate more high-quality lessonand to promote the teaching quality.This study Starting from the teaching practice, through the analysis of the physicalmethods and interviews, analysis of the present situation of the Chinese lesson planfor the elementary school of higher grades in system. Research shows that teachers’main problems in the process of design in the lesson plan are the structure of lessonplan is incomplete, more optional, the design of lesson plans no highlight students’main status, the design of lesson plans for lack of the cultivation of the students’emotion, attitude, values. On the basis of the analysis of the causes of these problems,the author to optimize the Chinese senior lesson plan, put forward the practicestrategies, including strengthening the teachers’ education theory knowledge, establisha good relationship between teachers and students, the attention to students’ emotionalfactors, strong teachers use a variety of means to evaluate lesson plans, etc.
