| The arrival of Web2.0era, which greatly stimulated the development of virtual learning communities, in theory sufficient foundation, digging deeper functional virtual learning community seems imminent.Constant demand of creative talents and the rapid development of innovative talents of innovative education, training for normal students ability to innovate as the main reserve army of the future teachers have become increasingly important.In this thesis an active role in the promotion of individual virtual learning community innovation capability, as well as multimedia courseware design innovative ability in normal students in an important position as a starting point for the current status of virtual learning communities at home and abroad in the study were analyzed and based on this, demonstrate normal students through the design and production of multimedia courseware in virtual learning communities to foster the development of research on its ability to innovate.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the research background of this study, research status at home and abroad, purpose and significance and research methods and ideas.In the second part, the author extends from the definition of the concept of innovation and the ability to define the characteristics and features of the concept of normal students ability to innovate, and proposed evaluation system for normal students innovation ability.The third part, the binding characteristics of virtual learning communities and Normal Students ability to innovate, draw the feasibility of Normal Students Innovative Ability in virtual learning communities, and explains the basis of normal students innovative practice of "Modern Educational Technology" e classroom community platform relevant content and characteristics.The fourth part, in aid of "Modern Educational Technology" e Classroom, implementing culture test normal students in virtual learning communities ability to innovate and to collect relevant data and works Referring to Normal Students innovation ability evaluation system and model and to evaluate.In the fifth part, the virtual learning community specific measures in Developing Students’ ability to innovate, and to analyze and summarize the shortcomings of this study, future research directions are discussed. |
