| Under the guidance of the public education policy of the six normal universities affiliated to the ministry of education,the public education of provincial normal university students is implemented by the provincial government in the normal universities or non-normal universities of the province,aiming at promoting the reform of teacher education and cultivating excellent teachers and future educators.The foundation and premise of improving the training quality of government-funded normal university students is to stimulate their learning motivation effectively.It is an important way to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the public education policy for provincial normal university students to continuously stimulate the learning motivation of public normal university students through scientific,reasonable and interlocking system measures,effectively improve the training quality of public normal university students,and train a large number of excellent teachers and educators for basic education.S normal university is the only provincial normal university in S province,and also the only pilot unit of the provincial normal university students’ public education policy.This study selected 1500 students of S normal university in the grades of 2016,2017,2018 and2019 as samples to conduct quantitative and qualitative research,investigate the learning status and learning motivation of students of S normal university,and comprehensively present the group image of learning status and learning motivation of students of S normal university.The study found that,first,S university funded normal university students’ learning motivation is in good condition.After the statistical analysis of the assigned value,the average degree of satisfaction of each dimension of learning motivation is converted into a percentage system data,and the overall learning motivation score of S university funded normal university students is 78.0.Among them,learning attitude(77.8 points),self-efficacy(78 points),policy identification(73 points),and career identification(83 points).This study makes a difference analysis on the endogenous differences affecting the learning motivation of public normal university students,and focuses on the influence of various external factors on the learning motivation.The study found that there were differences between the factors influencing the motivation of government-funded normal university students and the factors including gender,major,grade,attendance and graduation choice.According to the weight of each dimension,the score of each factor,and the problems and opinions that students need to solve urgently according to the interviews,the priority matrix is used to determine the priority order of the factors of improving the learning motivation of public normal university students,so as to promote the maximum use of school resources.And use multiple regression analysis to explore which factors have a greater impact on learning motivation.By analyzing the existing problems and their causes,this paper forms a basic evaluation of the learning motivation of public normal university students under the current training mode,and puts forward corresponding improvement Suggestions and measures based on the factors and overall situation of the learning motivation of public normal university students obtained from the investigation and research. |
