In recent years,"learning community of Teachers" has become a field of concern in the study of education and teaching.A number of studies and practices have proved that teachers’ learning community has a significant effect on Teachers’ development,and the first five years of teachers’ entry is the key period for teachers to lay the foundation of their own education and teaching.This paper mainly explores the current situation of the learning community of free normal students: the learning content,form of learning,community characteristics,professional development: professional identity,and the influence of these characteristics on the professional identity of the teachers at the beginning of the job,in order to provide reference for the development of free normal students’ learning community.In this study,390 primary and secondary vocational school teachers of free normal students at the beginning of the job who participated in the study in East China Normal University in 2017 were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.The characteristics of the learning community were studied by several analysis in SPSS,and from the perspective of learning community,this paper briefly expounds the influence of teachers’ of free normal students professional identity in the short term of employment.This study has six parts: 1.Put forward questions,clarify the background,purpose and significance of the study.2.To define the concept of learning community and professional identity.And the study content,form,community characteristics,and the influence of the learning community on the professional identity of the teachers at the beginning of the job are expounded respectively.3.Introduce the research content,thinking and framework,method and process,the generation and theoretical framework of the questionnaire,the design of the questionnaire,the research object and questionnaire analysis methods.4.SPSS is used to analyze the current situation of learning community: learning content,learning form and characteristics of learning community of teachers at the beginning of the job;What is the current situation of the professional development of new teachers: professional identity;and the Influence of learning community characteristics on professional development: the influence of learning community characteristics on professional identity,and the corresponding results and reasons are analyzed.5.According to the results of the analysis,this paper makes an optimization suggestion on the learning content,the form,the community characteristics of the beginning teachers’ learning community and the improvement of the professional identity from the perspective of the learning community,and reflect on the shortcomings of this study.Through the analysis of the learning community,this study obtains the following general conclusions: the degree of help of the beginning teachers’ learning content to themselves of free normalschool,the knowledge of the subject and the ability of teaching.Among them,the most important index to help teachers of free normal students at the beginning of the job is student evaluation theory and technology.The distribution of the learning form of the teachers at the beginning of the job of free normal students to their own help is more uniform and generally larger,and the help of the learning forms from high to low in turn is the municipal level training courses,lectures and comments on teachers or colleagues in school,the district level teachers’ studios and the school teaching and research groups,but the help of the tutors outside school is obviously lower.The characteristics of the beginning teachers’ learning community of free normal students are all significant.The most significant community characteristics are the sharing experience,the interpersonal relationship of trust and respect,the communication and communication,the sufficient time of teaching and research,the recognition of the teaching results,have the various guidance,but the support of funds and technical materials is not guaranteed and the teachers are less focus solely on teaching and learning,and low probability to analyze students’ assignments together to improve teaching,and to share suggestions for improving students’ learning outcomes.There is a significant difference in the vocational identity of teachers at the beginning of the job of free normal students.The index of higher identity in turn is pleasure to be a teacher,like a teacher’s profession,suitable for teachers’ profession.The teachers at the beginning of the job generally help the students with low will,think that the teachers’ career has no future,they are not good at managing the class and students,they have no solid knowledge of the subject.From the perspective of the learning community,the factors that affect the professional identity of the teachers at the beginning of the job of free normal students from high to low are roughly as follows: cooperative learning,sharing,interpersonal relations,common vision,subject knowledge and teaching ability,the education and teaching of the students,the form of intramural learning have been already taken part in,conditional support,and the form of learning outside school already have been taken part in.
