| A strong country must first strengthen education,strong education must first strengthen teachers,and teachers are the foundation of education and the source of rejuvenation.Practicality is the essential attribute of the teaching profession,and the cultivation of teaching practice ability is an important component dimension of the construction of high-quality teachers.Teacher training students are the preparers of future teachers,which is positively related to the quality of future teachers,and also needs to have the practical ability to teach competently.Educational practice is an important way for normal university students to develop their teaching practical ability,but in reality,there are still difficulties in the cultivation of teaching practice ability of normal university students,and the construction of educational practice community is considered to be a feasible countermeasure.The online learning space transcends the limitations of time and space and supports the systematic evolution of the community,but the current theoretical logic and practical path of empowering the educational practice community have yet to be explored.Therefore,this research focuses on the difficulties in the cultivation of teacher students’ educational practice teaching ability,relies on the online learning space,constructs an educational practice community model for the cultivation of teacher training practical ability,and applies it in practice to verify the supporting role of the community,in order to provide feasible ideas for strengthening the educational practice and teaching practice of normal university students.Guided by social constructivist learning theory,group dynamics theory,activity theory,etc.,this study comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,experimental research method,network analysis method and work analysis method to carry out the construction and practice of teacher education and internship community based on online learning space.The research process mainly includes six stages: sorting and cutting,investigation and review,analysis and construction,transformation and design,application and exploration,summary and prospect.Firstly,the literature research method is used to sort out the research status of online learning space,teacher education practice and teacher education community at home and abroad.Secondly,through investigation and research,the current situation and reality of the construction of the community of teacher education and internship are examined.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the basis for constructing the model of teacher education and internship community based on online learning space,puts forward the principles of holistic,systematic,symbiotic and progressive model construction,clarifies the model construction foundation in three aspects: constituent elements,construction process and basic model,constructs and forms a community model of teacher education and internship based on online learning space,and comprehensively elaborates around the target layer,support layer and action layer of the model.From this time,the model of teacher education and internship community based on online learning space is transformed into practice,and the element structure of practical activities and the hierarchical structure of practical activities are proposed based on activity theory,and the activity model of teacher education and internship community based on online learning space is constructed.Then,the constructed community activity model is applied in practice,and the statistical analysis method,network analysis method and work analysis method are used to analyze and test the practical effect from all angles to verify the supporting role of the teacher education and internship community based on the online learning space on the development of teacher students’ practical ability.Finally,the research process is reviewed,the research conclusions are summarized,the research shortcomings are reflected,and the future of research is prospected.The results of the study showed that: there are practical problems in the cultivation of teaching practice ability of teacher trainees in educational practices,the construction of teaching practice organizations of educational practice groups is relatively virtual,and the construction of educational practice community has potential demand.The practice of teacher education practice community based on online learning space can enrich the whole set of internship strategies,procedures and evaluations,and carry out new goal realization program combinations accordingly,and the traditional education practice teaching practice system can be re-expressed.The online learning space based on the teacher training practice community has a supporting effect on the development of teacher students’ teaching practice ability,and can provide feasible ideas for solving the practical difficulties of education practice.This study extends the research horizon of teacher education practice,broadens the scope of attention of teacher education community,and can provide theoretical reference and experience reference for subsequent research and practice for the cultivation of teaching practice ability of teacher education practice. |
