The Research On The Influence Of Russian Students’ Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy On Entrepreneurial Intention

With the expansion of Russian Universities, more and more students faced the problem of obtaining employment. Facing severe employment situation in recent years, college students’ employment problems more and more are the focus of the society. Entrepreneurial activity not only brought the promoting function of state economy, but also can solve the employment problems. College students participating in the venture has become an important measure to solve the difficult employment problem, therefore the government formulated various kinds of preferential policies to encourage college students to business. But the reality is that the percentage of few college students taking to practical business is little. Therefore, the study of the formation mechanism of college students’entrepreneurship intention is essential; so as to improve the university student’s pioneering work enthusiasm.Based on the above objectives, conduct the research of entrepreneurship self-efficacy influence on college students’entrepreneurial intention. With a review of related literatures, this paper puts forward the theoretical model including entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. In order to validate the model and the hypothesis, use the questionnaire empirical research method, adopt Irkutsk Universities students as the research object,300questionnaires were issued, while effective recovery of238. After returning the questionnaires, there was made a statistical analysis of them using SPSS, including reliability and validity verification, correlation analysis, regression analysis etc. On this basis, the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention was determined, and the moderator role of entrepreneurship education was verified. According to the results we put forward to some strategies of improving college students’ entrepreneurial intention.
