The Research On Strengthen Collective Education Of College Student

Collectivism is an important principle of the socialist moral construction, and it is also animportant subject in the modernization of China which universities constant pay closeattention and research. College students as the most prominent representative of thecontemporary youth, the backbone of building a moderately prosperous society and achievethe two grand goal of socialist modernization, they are the main force in the building of asocialist harmonious society, their ideological and moral qualities and the development willdirectly affect the success or failure of China’s socialist construction. Today’s society, whetherit is education content, education environment, or education objects have undergone greatchanges, there are many problems of the college students collectivism education. SinceChina’s reform and opening up, especially since the beginning of the new century, a numberof experts and scholars combined with the current status of collectivism education of collegestudents in China, they made active, pioneering research and explore about theeffectiveness of the education of college students collectivism, reasons and countermeasures,it has important theoretical reference value to this article, to a certain extent it also left us thespace of exploration. Theory guidance to strengthen the education of the students’ collectivismas the fundamental starting point of this study is to Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, DengXiaoping Theory and "Three Represents" important thought, to use ideological pedagogytheory, philosophy, sociology, ethics knowledge, psychology, history, and other humanitiesand social science knowledge, college students collectivism were explored about thisproblem.First, it investigated the basic problems of collectivism, analyzed the meaning ofcollectivism and individualism, as well as the relationship of the two, and elaborated thecontent and features of the college students’ collectivism on this basis. And the elaboration ofthe concept is the foundation and starting point of this study. Then analyzed from differentangles about the significance of education of college students collectivism, and analyzed theproblems of college students’ collectivism education’s content, methods and educationalenvironment. On the basis of analysis of the problem, the reasons for this problem from threeaspects are described. Respectively college students own reasons, Colleges’ reasons and socialenvironment’s affect. Finally, for the status quo of college students’ collectivism were guidedfrom the theory, practice and training, education environmental aspects, it proposed countermeasures.
