The Status Quo And Research Of Student Loss In Private Colleges And Universities

The contribution of private colleges and universities in the education system is very large,and it is animportant training base for compound application talents in China.Jiangxi private colleges and universities have achieved certain results in the 30 years of development,and some of them have been ranked among the top ten private universities in the country.In recent years,with the rapid increase of private colleges and universities,the competitiveness of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi has declined,and the loss of students has not been effectively controlled.As a result,many private colleges and universities have fallen into a strange circle of enrollment difficulties and students.In the long run,it is not good for the development of the school.According to the current situation of student turnover in private colleges and universities,comprehensively studying the problems existing in private colleges and universities and the influencing factors of student turnover,in order to properly control and reduce student turnover and promote school development,is of great significance in private colleges and universities.The paper selects private colleges and universities in Jiangxi as the research object.Based on the current situation of student loss,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of student turnover in private colleges in Jiangxi Province.It combines questionnaires,interviews,and case studies to comprehensively understand the characteristics of student turnover in private colleges and universities.And the reasons,based on this,based on the response measures of student turnover in private colleges and universities in Jiangxi.This thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly includes the research background,research purpose and significance of the research,the research summary of the scholars’ loss on the private colleges and universities and the research ideas and methods of this thesis.The second part is an overview of the relevant theoretical foundations and concepts.It focuses on the conceptual connotation of private colleges and students’ loss,and analyzes the demand theory related to the needs of private college students,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of student turnover in XX private colleges and universities.After analyzing the loss of XX private colleges and students,the author summarizes the characteristics of student loss.The fourth part is the analysis of the inducing factors of student turnover in private colleges and universities.Specifically select student loss cases and analyze their processes in detail to gain a deeper understanding of the relevant reasons for student turnover in private universities.After analysis,it is found that the loss of students in private colleges and universities is closely related to the inducing factors of society,family,school and students.The fifth part is the countermeasures for the loss of students in XX private universities.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the loss of students in private colleges and related inducing factors,the following five points are proposed: one is to comprehensively reform and improve the quality of education and teaching,the other is to build a management mechanism based on student satisfaction,and the third is to build student employment.The guiding platform,the fourth is to raise funds for education through multiple channels,and the fifth is to strengthen the overall planning for enrollment.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.This part is the summary part of the full text,and the future research direction is expected after the reflection.Based on the above research,I hope that it can better control the loss of students for private colleges and universities,and thus promote the health and sustainable development of colleges and universities.
