Along with the social informationization development, the information technology application penetrates gradually into social each domain, it day by day is also widespread in the education application and is thorough, the information technology curriculum has become elementary and middle school students’ required course.Reforms in the new curriculum under the tide, our elementary student should accept any type the information technology education, how raises their good information accomplishment, is question which each educator should think deeply about earnestly.The traditional information technology educational model is says by the teacher primarily, the student listens for auxiliary, emphasized says practices the union, neglects the student in the classroom main body status.Therefore, the author takes the breakthrough point by the independent inquisition teaching, the change tradition teaching way, the exploration elementary school information technology independent inquisition study pattern utilization, in order to enhances the teaching efficiency and the quality well.The independent inquisition study pattern, is refers to the student in teacher’s inspiration, the guidance, indicated, under the help, brings one kind to request to understand the question positively, solves the question intense desire and the mood, with the exploration research method, the student participates in the study independently, thus achieved the solution question, grasps the corresponding knowledge and the ability entire process.This research take "the cognition study theory" and "the construction principle study theory" as the theory basis, emphasized "take the student as the center", lets the student construct the knowledge independently the significance.This article selected four elementary school4th class information technology class to take the practice research case, discussed in the information technology classroom constructed "the independent inquisition study pattern" the feasibility and the significance, was for the purpose of training the student to inquire into independently the study ability, urged the student to study the initiative, the activity, the independence develops unceasingly, raises student’s innovation ability.
