| According to the basic education Curriculum Reform and Chemistry Curriculum’s Basic idea, There has been an increasing attention to the openness of education and the dynamic generative of the classroom. This research takes the chemistry teachers and students in different development stages as the objects, At the same time, this research summarizes the related classroom instruction behaviors, to promote the effectiveness of teaching. The full text altogether includes five parts:The first part illustrates the research background, purpose, core issues, research methods and the pivotal concepts.The second part reviews related researches through the literature to sum up the past research focus, summary and reflect.The third part mainly summarize the related theoretical basis of this study and for future study.The fourth part is set up and analysis the model of this research, start from teaching behavior, learning behavior, interaction between teachers and students, as well as the student performance, then put it into practice during the teaching.The fifth part is the conclusion and insignificance of this research.
