Classical Chinese is the essence of Chinese civilization for thousands of years, stands for the carrier of Chinese traditional culture. In the high school Chinese textbook, Classical Chinese is a kind of competitive product and the crystallization of the wisdom of the old ancestors. Besides, in Senior High school textbooks, the proportion of classical Chinese is very big, it accounted for half of reading and teaching about Chinese. Learning classical Chinese is useful to inheritance Chinese civilization, Cultivate moral sentiment and Improve the ability of writing. However, the situation of teaching Classical Chinese is not ideal. Class is given priority to with construe positively, even a word for word translation; Teachers pay attention to its instrumental and despise its humanity. The interpretation of teachers is substitute for students’ thinking, which is not student-centered. The efficiency of learning Classical Chinese is very low. Due to Classical Chinese is ancient, great changes have taken place in pronunciation and meaning of words. In the modern living environment, students feel strange and they do not have enough interest in learning.How to solve these problems that exist in learning classical Chinese, I think experience is a kind of good method. Experience is a way of life and an important concept which is advocated by the new curriculum standard setters. We know things around us through experience. For researching experience, every field has made great achievement. Applied to teaching, experience is a practice activity to get good grades for students. It requires students to mobilize various senses, personal experience, with all their heart into learning, to get a personalized comprehension. Experience Reading and Teaching about Classical Chinese is aimed at the interpretation of teachers, instead of the students’ reading. It requires classical Chinese study, with students as the center. Teachers use the effective way to actively mobilize the students’ life accumulation, rouse the student to the life of memory, guide students to use all the senses, to appreciate, understand, study literature. It is a process of generating personal knowledge, skills and emotion.Experiential learning in both ancient and modern Chinese or foreign language has a deep thought of origin. It have many theoretical basis:firstly, Dilthey’s philosophy of life which emphasizes the dominant position of students, respect life; Secondly, Cooper’s experience learning theory which emphasize the students to experience and build the value of texts on the basis of the original life experience; Thirdly, constructivism enlightens us that the teacher should not use their interpretation instead of their students’ thinking, they should deprive of the rights of students experience; Fourthly, western reception aesthetics, which not only pay attention to teachers’ teaching, but also pay attention to the students, The teacher vividly describe images in order to infect students and create situations to stimulate students’ emotion.Experience reading and teaching of Classical Chinese be related to subjectivity, individuality, life interactivity, generative and sexual life. Its purpose is to create situations, wake up experience, introduce background, overall understanding, pay attention to reading, strengthen the experience, design problems and discuss, reading and writing, expand horizon increase experience.Experience reading and teaching about Classical Chinese is not perfect. Some problems appeared in the process of implementing. For example, teachers divorce from texts and student’s utility is too strong. To solve these problems, teachers should improve their teaching quality, reform evaluation system of Classical Chinese.
