This thesis, basing on the language and literature textbooks for senior middle school (published by Jiangsu Education Press )applied in the compulsory,selective language and literature teaching , puts forward the necessity and even the implementation of personalized teaching strategies in teaching of Chinese classical poetry, and gives some teaching suggestions.This thesis consists of six parts: Introduction section illustrates the research origins and methodologies; the first chapter describes the teaching problems on the current teaching of Chinese classical poetry in senior middle school, mainly from three aspects: the textbooks, teachers and students; the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis and backgrounds for personalized teaching, and systemizes personalized theory; the third chapter puts forward the implementation of personalized teaching in teaching Chinese classical poetry, and materialize personalized teaching mainly from teachers' teaching, students' studying and arrangements of text materials; the fourth chapter mentions the significances of personalized teaching of Chinese classical poetry; the fifth chapter ,basing the previous contents of this thesis, presents certain misunderstandings and actions in the implementation of personalized teaching of Chinese classical poetry.
