This paper focuses on a primary school---H in Jining, Shandong province. From psychological, active and environmental point of view, the author researches the underachieved children in primary school. Based on these studies this paper puts forward intervention approaches and suggestions.There are five parts of this paper:The introduction part introduces the topic choosing reasons, research purpose and significance. In this part the author defines the main conceptions, reviews the literature and describes the text design. The design includes the text theory evidence, the choice of the object of the study, research thread and research methods.The first chapter draws conclusion about the representation of underachieved children through observation of individual cases. The representations contain both behavioral and psychological parts.The second chapter analyzes the reasons for children with learning disabilities. Reason comes from three aspects, namely: individual, family and school. The individual reason mainly dues to the low self-efficacy, environment factors also led to the low level of self-efficacy of children with learning disabilities. Also the lack of individual motivation, concept of time is not strong, poor study habits, couples'relations are not harmonious in family, parent-child relationship is not harmonious, improper parenting, bad family atmosphere, the relationships between teachers and students are intense and unfriendly students relationship are all the reasons of why children have learning disabilities.The third chapter is the intervention strategies of learning disabilities. For the problems which put forward in second chapter this part interposes in from individual level, family level and school level and takes a case as an example, intervenes and evaluates the intervention afterward.The Conclusion sums up the research condition of the paper, finds that the limitations of this paper, envisages the future development of this study.
