All along, our country attaches great importance to secondary vocationalteachers’ training. With the implementation of competence development plan forteachers, secondary vocational teachers’ training came into a new stage. Trainingmode now has become a necessity to teachers’ training which affects the trainingresults straightly. This paper combined with the present requirements foedouble-qualified teachers, firstly made a research on the present training mode, thenlearn from abroad tries to make some advice.Article is divided into six parts.The first part discusses the introduction of some of the background, meaning,Ideas, etc, introduced the research status at home and abroad.The second part explains the content of the training mode, the main discourseand in the training of the teachers related to theory, theory of teacher professionalism,lifelong learning theory and motivation theory and motivation theory to explain thecontent of the training model in the analysis of teachers to provide a theoreticalconstruct basis.The third part briefly discusses the teaching staff of vocational status, summaryof combing the country in the process of training teachers.The fourth part discusses in detail in our existing teachers training model, factoranalysis, respectively, and summed up the advantage and disadvantages of each, orcharacteristics.Part V describes the developed Western countries, vocational education trainingmodel commonly used in teacher training, the total and for the training of teachers inChina in the construction of models for reference.
