The Study On Evaluation And Improvement Of School-enterprise Corporation Mode In Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

Due to the unbalanced economic development in China, an obvious regional character appears in school-enterprise corporation in China’s higher vocational colleges. A better developing trend exists in developed areas compared to the slow development in underdeveloped areas.Taking higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province as study object and questionnaires and SPSS as tools, based on Jiangxi regional character, this thesis studies school-enterprise corporation mode and puts forward specific measures to provide reference to the further development of school-enterprise corporation.The research finds out that, school-enterprise corporation modes in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges have great improvement space, This can be embodied in three aspects: First, to break through the bottleneck of “school-oriented” corporation mode. Second, to balance the development of three types of school-enterprise corporation mode. Third, the mature professionals need change this single schoolenterprise corporation mode.The research proposes that government and colleges should take optimized developing strategy, adapting to the needs of economic development and the upgrading of industrial structure. In one hand, government should plan as a whole,create a better corporation condition, work out relevant policies, mobilize the initiative of enterprise, set good examples of corporation, push the development of school-enterprise corporation. On the other hand, higher vocational colleges should stand still in regional development, link the school major with regional industry.Based on the corporation, colleges should optimize its major structure, deepen the reform of corporation system, jointly construct higher vocational colleges to achieve a closer integration of colleges and enterprises and win-win corporation.
