| For secondary vocational education to achieve high-quality development,in the final analysis is to establish a team of professional teachers with sufficient numbers,reasonable structure,superb skills,and high quality.In 2013,the Ministry of Education issued the "Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational School Teachers(Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as "Professional Standards"),which provided a basic basis for the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers.Research on the professional development of teachers.In recent years,Guangxi has also kept up with the wave of teacher professionalization and vigorously promoted the professional development of secondary vocational schools.However,the overall development situation is not optimistic and still faces many urgent problems to be solved.Based on theoretical analysis,the research conducted an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,found problems,made detailed attributions and proposed countermeasures,in order to provide references for solving the problems in the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Suggest.In the theoretical part,the research expounds the core viewpoints of lifelong education theory,learning organization theory and two-factor theory.Discuss the importance of lifelong learning to the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers from the changing trend of secondary vocational education;clarify the learning organization theory for the professionalization of secondary vocational school teachers from the aspects of common vision,struggle goals,and self-transcendence.The role of promotion of development;from the teachers’ own needs to analyze the guiding role of the dual-factor theory in improving the job satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the research.In the current situation investigation part,three research methods: literature method,questionnaire method and interview method are used to conduct a questionnaire survey with 7 secondary vocational school teachers in Guangxi as the research object,interviewing 6 secondary vocational school principals,9 middle-level management cadres,and 4 Teachers conducted in-depth conversations and statistically analyzed survey data.According to investigation and analysis,the problems in the professional development of teachers in Guangxi secondary vocational schools are:poor teacher team structure,weak professional development awareness,insufficient professional knowledge,weak professional capabilities,and poor professional development attitudes.The research analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the problems from the three aspects of teachers,schools,and education management departments,and finds that teachers’ aspects mainly include teachers’ professional understanding deviation;teachers’ self-positioning is not clear;teachers’ sense of professional achievement is not high;teachers’ awareness of informationization is not strong;Teachers lack of academic accomplishment;teachers have limited practical experience.In terms of schools,there are mainly lack of systemic training;insufficient school-enterprise cooperation;and incomplete evaluation mechanisms.The education management department is mainly due to insufficient investment in education funds;the policy promotion process is not ideal;the teacher admission system is not sound.Based on this,the study constructs an effective strategy for the professional development of Guangxi secondary vocational schools from three aspects: teachers must have a clear professional concept,a clear self-positioning,enhance professional sense of achievement,strengthen information awareness,and improve scientific research capabilities and practical skills;Efforts should be made in teacher training,school-enterprise cooperation,and professional evaluation mechanism construction;education management departments should increase education funding,implement relevant policies,improve teacher access systems,and promote the development of teacher professionalization.In the reform and development of vocational education,the professionalization of secondary vocational school teachers has been given new era expectations and educational responsibilities.Paying attention to the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers is a breakthrough path and inevitable trend for promoting the modernization of vocational education and promoting the vigorous development of the party and the country’s education under the new situation. |
