In 2014,the State Council issued the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education(Guo Fa [2014] No.19).In order to implement the decision,the Ministry of Education and other seven departments jointly promulgated in May 2016 “Vocational School Teachers”(Teachers [2016] 3),which aims to further strengthen the construction of “double-qualified” teachers in vocational schools,promote the professional development of teachers in vocational schools and improve the teaching level of teachers.The promulgation and implementation of this series of policies and regulations fully reflects the country's emphasis on the construction of “dual-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools,demonstrating the important role of professional teachers' professional practice in the development of secondary vocational education.However,due to the lack of supervision and the lack of initiative,the practice effect of specialized courses in Chinese vocational schools is not very outstanding,and still has many defects.Faced with these shortcomings,our government,vocational schools and teachers should pay attention to,based on the actual situation,find effective coping strategies to fundamentally promote the secondary vocational teachers to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise practice,and actively carry out“double”Construction of Teaching Staff.Based on the above cognition,this study takes the teachers of the three vocational schools in Handan as the object,adopts questionnaire and interview,analyzes and collects the questionnaire data with SPSS19.0 software,and probes into the relationship between the professional teachers in vocational schools Problems in Enterprise Practice.After a lot of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:First,China's Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have recognized the vocational school teachers in practice to improve the level of vocational education of great significance,began to put forward detailed requirements,to a large extent,will promote secondary vocational school teachers business practice.At the same time,under the policy support of the higher authorities,more and more secondary vocational schools began to participate in the ranks of teachers and enterprises practice,and make more efforts to realize the practice of teachers and enterprises;Second,under the support of many government policies,although many secondary vocational schools have made certain achievements in the practice of professional teachers,there are still many problems that hinder the further development of teachers' practice in vocational schools,Namely: the relevant system is not perfect,the effectiveness of business practice has not yet been fully reflected,the practice of enterprise supervision is not in place,professional courses teachers business initiative is not strong and school-enterprise cooperation needs to be strengthened.In order to improve the practical effect of professional teachers,the vocational schools must attach great importance to these problems and find the appropriate methods to solve them.Thirdly,schools,teachers and enterprises are the main body of professional practice of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Any problems will affect the smooth development of enterprise practice.The study also shows that the school does not attach importance to the practice of teachers,teachers,low motivation and business practice of teachers and teachers are the root causes of the above problems caused by conflict;Fourth,the face of increasingly fierce competition for talent,vocational schools should be combined with their own practical ways to find effective ways to alleviate the problems in the practice of teachers and enterprises,and effectively improve the comprehensive level of education.Perfecting the supporting system of enterprise practice,establishing a sound supervisory system,encouraging teachers to actively participate in the enterprise practice and constantly looking for the suitable cooperative enterprises are the important strategies for the secondary vocational schools to optimize professional teachers' practice.
