Philosophical Thinking On The Mechanism And The Strategies Of Talents Convergence In Anhui Province

The essential of the competition of the technology and economy across the world isthe competition of talents. Talents are of great importance and promotion to thedevelopment of the economy. With the acceleration of the economic globalization, theexchange of talents are becoming more and more free and the degree of the talentsconvergence is getting higher. The talents convergence is in favor of the optimalconfiguration of resources and the realization of the talents’ own value and it will alsoboost the configuration of technology and the innovation of knowledge. The implement ofthe "Rise of Central China Strategy" has brought both opportunities and challenges to thedevelopment of economy in Anhui province and at the same time it exposes the issue oflimitation of talents.
