Research On Talents Convergence Based On The Anlytic Paradigm Of Swiw

With the further development of knowledge economy and the high-speed of social development, manpower resources are the most important resources for the development of economic and international competition in contemporary society. The sustainable development of countries and regions depends largely on the intelligence of the Talent and the reasonable distribution of manpower resources. It has a great influence on the countries and regions that talents convergence is an important force to promote social and economic development.This paper is based on the economic theory, human capital theory, labour economics and statistics theory. It takes the talents convergence in China as the research object, following the analysis of "convergence situation (S) -- models of convergence (M)--Impact factors of convergence (I)-Warning mechanism of convergence (W)" in order. Besides, this paper will analyze the convergence problems in china in details, considering the influence of the industry agglomeration and the urbanization.After making sure the definition of the talent used in this paper, it constructs an index system to evaluate the talents. It shows the objective level of talents convergence in china, using multivariate statistical tools to measure our country’s talent convergence level.Using the clustering method of statistical model to explore the modes of talents convergence in thirty-one provinces in China, the paper summarizes up to 3 kinds of patterns and illuminates their characteristics. Considering the location factors and the use of contingency table to analysis the phenomemon of talents convergence, the results show that there is a strong correlation between the talents convergence and the location factors, verifying parts of the talents convergence theory in turn.With the extension of the Diamond thought mode, the paper explores many factors that influence the talents convergence. These factors are caused by the industrial agglomeration and the urbanization. What is more, the paper uses the thought of system dynamics to construct a three-dimensional dynamic model of talents convergence, industry agglomeration and the urbanization.Lastly after the establishment of a comprehensive index system of industry agglomeration and the urbanization and using regression models of talents convergence, industrial agglomeration and the urbanization to analyzes the interaction between the three factors, the results show that the relationship between talents convergence and the urbanization is a quadratic equation, following the path of parabola and most parts of china are still in the low level of talents convergence and the urbanization. Especially Beijing and Shanghai are at the top of the parabola that means the developments of talents convergence and the urbanization in these two places are best in all and they have high efficiency.The relationship between talents convergence and industrial agglomeration is a quadratic equation, too. The result shows that most areas of our country are in the primary stage of the harmonious development of talents convergence and industrial agglomeration, but there are two areas in the decline trend of the parabolic. That may be because of its incoordination development. To solve this problem, this paper uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) to establish a warning mechanism of talents convergence in order to maintain our talents convergence and industrial agglomeration in a reasonable and harmonious state.
