A Study On Spatial Distribution And Development Of The Information Industry Talents In Fujian Province

Fujian Information Industry developed rapidly in recent years and has becomeone of pillar industries in Fujian Province, but relative to the rapid development ofindustry, the spatial development of industry talents does not meet the requirements ofindustry development. Show in the following areas: the spatial development ofindustry talents lacking in the whole concept, regional characteristics of talents are notobvious, and the environment of talents disposition should be improved etc. In viewof above, this paper analyzed the differences in the spatial distribution and theuse-effectiveness of information industry talents in Fujian province base on theperspective of personnel geography. On this basis, this paper divides the talentdevelopment zones, and proposes the strategic vision of the spatial development ofindustry talents and related measures.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research background, the research significance, andthe status of domestic and international research in personnel geography, and thendescribes the research thinking, innovation and weaknesses of this paper.The second part analyzes the macro status of information industry talentsresource in Fujian province, including natural and humanistic geography overview ofFujian province, overview of the information industry of Fujian province, thedefinition of information industry talents in Fujian province, and the analysis of total,density, structure, and structure departure degree of information industry talents inFujian province.The third part analyzes the differences in the spatial distribution of informationindustry talents resources in Fujian province, including the analysis of basic situationof information industry in cities of Fujian province, the analysis of situation anddifferences of spatial distribution of information industry talents in cities of Fujianprovince, the analysis of differences in spatial distribution of information industrytalents in trades, the analysis of difference in use-effectiveness of information industry talents in cities of Fujian province, and the analysis of difference in temporal-spatialdistribution.The fourth part divides the Fujian province into several information industrytalents development zones, including the principle, indexes, programs of talentsdevelopment zones’ division, the analysis of status and characteristics of the talentsdevelopment zones.The fifth part analyzes the spatial development of information industry talents inFujian province, including the comprehensive analysis of information industry talentsspatial distribution’s information in Fujian province, the main problem of talentsspatial development, and strategy ideas of talents spatial development.The spatial distribution of information industry talents is less influenced bynatural environment. The main Influencing factor is the layout and development ofindustry. And the spatial distributions of talents has reaction to the layout anddevelopment of industry too, therefore, this paper seek to proceed the regionalizationof the talents, base on the analysis of differences of information industry talents’spatial distribution, and the principle of Consistency of industry layout anddevelopment. At last, a strategic layout which establishes “two talents centers, threetalents development zones, and one talents belt” with measured strokes, and relatedtalents development measures are proposed.
