High School Teachers’ Performance Evaluation System

To improve the quality of education, improving teacher’s performance evaluation is an important part. the current teacher evaluation focus on in the compulsory education stage, in2012the Ministry of Education issued the notice" Kindergarten Teachers’ professional standards (Trial)","primary school teacher professional standards (Trial)"and" middle school teachers’ professional standards (for Trial Implementation), evaluation of teachers in compulsory education start to have a national unified standard. High school teacher evaluation at this stage, however, does not have a corresponding standard; the most refer to the evaluation criteria for the development of junior high school teachers. This paper compared to the standard analysis of teacher evaluation in China and Japan,, and on this basis, tries to establish the XX high school teacher performance evaluation system.This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the conclusion, introduces the research questions, research meaning and purpose, literature review and research methods and framework; the second chapter is the research on the performance evaluation of teachers at home and abroad, and introduces the development of teacher evaluation, compared the two kinds of evaluation model, punishment evaluation and primitive evaluation,and make a comparative study of teacher evaluation standards in China and Japan; the third chapter is the basic situation of XX County high school, the current evaluation system and the existing problems; the fourth chapter is on the basis of the above research,attempts to establish a teacher performance evaluation system which is suitable for the actual situation of XX County high school; the fifth chapter is the conclusion, including the research conclusions, innovation, problems and prospect.
