Based on the strengths perspective of social work theory, this study focuses on the girls who are in Y vocational school. Through the description of girls’ psychological problem in Pre-educational class, I analyze the causes and the feathers of the girls’ psychological problems and try to exploring the use of the social work theories and skills in solving the girls’ psychological problems in vocational schools.During the study, I found that many people usually confused the boys’psychological problems with the girls’. But actually, they are different. The most obvious difference between them is that boys’ psychological problem in vocational school is mainly tend to explicit, which is easy for teacher to find. While girls’ psychological problem in vocational school is mainly tend to recessive, which is difficult for teacher to find. Girls who have problems usually acts well in the daily life. But if their psychological problem occurs, its influence and harm will be more seriously than boys’. Therefore, to study and resolve the problems of vocational school girls is a very important task.This research summarized the display of girls’mainly psychological problems in three aspects:inferiority, being tired of study and errors in values. There are all kinds of reasons of these psychological representations. And this research analyzed the reasons from the objective reasons and the subjective reasons. â…  use label effect to analyze the formation of girls’problem from objective reasons, such as:family background, whether outstanding in schools or not, whether their peer group is outstanding or not. I also classified their deviant behavior characteristics in different types from the subjective reasons, that are:they want to challenge authority, gain attention, group psychology and helpless against.This paper focuses on how to help the vocational school girls to solve their problems from the strengths perspective case work---this is the key of this paper. When social workers solve the girls’ psychological problems by using the strengths perspective, they must tap all potentialities of the girls’, such as:getting the information from her furnishing, her narration and so on. There four steps to interfere girls psychological problems, that is:retelling pain, arousing girls’ power of resistance, taking action and having strengths. This research also introduced the steps of case work intervention:come in to the contact with the girlâ†'conduct the caseâ†'planningâ†'intervention conclusion. In the case study, I always keep the core values of social work---"student-centered, help one to help himself" Because of their advanced ideas and methods, School social work has been widely used in many foreign school education practices now. But we saw few full-time school social workers at home. Therefore, through this research, I can show the girls from the angle of social work in microcosmic psychological world, which helps them a lot to find their potentials and strengths, so that they can use them to correct girls’ deviant behavior.
