Research On The Path Of Higher Agriculture Vocational Education Greduates Participating In Agricultural Extension

Nowadays, the problems of university students employment and lack of agriculturalextension personnel have increasingly become the focus of attention。In this context，it is agreat significance that doing the research in solving the problems of university studentsemployment and lack of agricultural extension personnel. There are four parts for discussingthe two problems in this paper:The first part is the introduction. It introduces the background, purpose and significanceof participating in agricultural extension of Agricultural Higher Vocational College graduatesand it summarizes the present study situation of College Students’ employment andagricultural extension at home and abroad, Involves the research methods presented in thispaper, and introduces some theories about students in agricultural vocational collegesparticipating in agricultural extension.The second part mainly through analysing the survey report and Statistics of theemployment situation of Yang Ling Vocational and Technical College graduates, we can findit is very serious that the employment graduates of Vocational Colleges of agriculture. Andthe graduates have not been able to learn in order to practice. They aren’t go to the townshipwhere it needs their talent. In the paper, we analysis the environment of beneficial and Inferiorof Agricultural Vocational College Students Employment. There are many problems about theEmployment of Agricultural Higher Vocational College Students as high Expectations, noaccurate positioning, the lack of the spirit of hard-working and so on.Through the analysis onthe present situation and problems of agricultural extension personnel in our country, we findthat we are lack the agricultural extension personnel, professional quality is low; retentionmechanism and agricultural extension system impeded by people.The third part I discuss the importance of the graduates of Vocational Colleges ofagriculture and analysis the feasibility about the agricultural extension. The Graduates ofVocational Colleges of agriculture who participate the agricultural extension not only cansolve their employment problems, but also can change the status of the lack of qualifiedpersonnel in rural areas. It can promote the extension of modern agriculture technology. The graduates of Vocational Colleges of agriculture must have the agricultural extensionpersonnel, and they are willing to engage in agricultural extension work at the grass-rootsunit.The fourth part is mainly study the thinking and path of agricultural extension tograduates of Vocational Colleges of agriculture. Through changing their employment view bythemselves,the guidance by higher education, support of government policy, we should guidethe graduates of agricultural vocational college participating in agricultural extension.
