Research On The Docking Mechanism Of Supply And Demand Of Agricultural Technology Extension In China's Universities From The Perspective Of The New Types Of Agricultural Businesses

China is a developing agricultural country.The issue of agriculture and rural is a fundamental issue that affects the economy and the people's livelihood.At present,China has entered the stage of national modernization,and the realization of national modernization must be inseparable from agricultural modernization.Agricultural technology extension is an important means to realize the modernization of the agriculture.All along,China has adopted an agricultural technology extension system that top-down and government-led.This extension system has made important contributions to China's agricultural development,but with the development of the times,it has also exposed many problems such as technology extension policies,funds,subjects,channels.It's important to reform the agricultural technology extension systems.As one of the major agricultural scientific and technological achievements,the university has a wealth of talents,knowledge,and technology reserves.The new type agricultural businesses have risen in recent years.They have high requirements for agricultural technology,and have strong absorptive capacity.The cooperation between the two will help improve the diffusion efficiency of agricultural technology.Based on this,this paper explores the effective ways for Chinese universities to participate in agricultural technology extension from the new types of agricultural businesses.This article takes the new type of agricultural businesses as the research object,to find what the university's agricultural technology extension needs to do,and how to do from the perspective of the new type of agricultural businesses.Conduct research through field interviews and questionnaire surveys.Using the grounded theory and co-word analysis method to summarize the main needs of the new type agricultural businesses,using the structural equation model to explore the main influencing factors of the cooperation between the new type agricultural businesses and universities,and based on the above research,The policy recommendations for the supply and demand mechanism of agricultural technology extension in china's universities and the new types of agricultural businesses was proposed.The main research results are:(1)Using the grounded theory and word frequency analysis to analyze the research materials of the new type of agricultural businesses,we found that the most important needs of the new type of agricultural businesses are concentrated on the talents,funds,and processing technology of agricultural products.Then,using the co-word analysis method,the overall needs of the new type of agricultural businesses are summed up into four major categories: the demand for technical talents and management talents;the demand for green high-yield agricultural technologies;the investment in technology promotion for colleges and universities;the fresh-keeping transportation and upgrading of the agricultural industry.(2)Using the structural equation model,analyzed the impact of the internal and external environments,technical distances,cooperation expectation,and technical recognition on the willingness of the new type agricultural businesses cooperate with the universities,founded that the cooperation expectation and technical recognition plays a direct role in their willingness to cooperate,and the cooperation expectation of the new agricultural businesses is the most influential factors in the willingness to cooperate.The technical recognition will also significantly affect their willingness to cooperate.These two variables are the intrinsic factors affecting the willingness to cooperate;External environments and technological distances are the external factors affecting the willingness of new type agricultural businesses to cooperate.They indirectly affect the willingness to cooperate by influencing the technical recognition and cooperation expectations of the new agricultural businesses;The impact of the external environment on technology recognition and cooperation expectations is far greater than the impact of technical distance.(3)According to the four major types of demand for the new type of agricultural businesses,combined with the influencing factors that affect their willingness to cooperate with the university,provide policy recommendations for the integration of agricultural technology promotion and new agricultural businesses.
