Speeding up the development of modern agriculture is the key to ensure the timely completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Agricultural and forestry university graduates, master practical talents of agricultural technology, play an important role in the process of serving modern agriculture. In fact, the number of these graduates who are really willing to work and take long-term root in rural areas is very rare. How to effectively guide these graduates to rural employment has become the key to solve the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture and ease the pressure of urban employment. In view of this, this research applies theory of behavioral science, economics and psychology, taking Liaoning Province as an example, with the qualitative analysis and quantitative research on the employment behavior of the agricultural and forestry university graduates of under the background of modern agricultural development. The methods of field investigation,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey were used to collect data.Through literature review and factor analysis, the variables were selected, and the conclusion was drawn by two and multiple linear regression. There are two main aspects of this paper:First, theoretical analysis. This paper reviews the domestic and foreign related research and practice, the 7 basic theories of the transformation of traditional agriculture, human resources and other feedback under the guidance of qualitative research on agricultural and forestry university graduates employment in rural areas, will affect the job satisfaction and turnover intention to find the influence factors, rural employment behavior of the antecedent variables, select 9 variables influencing rural employment intention the job satisfaction involves 4 dimensions,3 dimensions of psychological contract and turnover intention, the 1 dimensions of the 36 variables. On the influence of individual factors on rural employment behavior,11 individual variables such as gender were included in the research model, and qualitative analysis was performed by one-way anova.Based on the literature review and in-depth interviews, the paper puts forward 14 hypotheses.Second, empirical analysis.Analysis of employment intention, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The survey data analysis of employment intention of Liaoning province were 4 agricultural and forestry universities 1920 graduates,a study from two aspects of individual characteristics and the external environment of graduates, through an orderly regression test the gender, urban and rural living conditions and salaries of the 5 variables impact on employment intention significantly;empirical research on job satisfaction and turnover intention track,Liaoning province each region has been selected as the sample in the rural area in 237 graduates,to get research data through interviews and questionnaires, using factor analysis dimension of variables by correlation analysis and linear regression model, constructs the job satisfaction and turnover intention model are verified on the model conclusion. The main findings of the study:First, the salary is the most important factor in the employment of the agricultural and forestry university graduates,"not to go","can not stay".In this paper,we choose the salary treatment as the antecedent variables of rural employment intention analysis, satisfaction analysis and turnover intention analysis. The empirical results show that the pay treatment has a significant impact on the whole process of employment behavior.Second, the agricultural and forestry university graduates, new to rural work within 2 years, showed better stability. The individual factor analysis showed that the job satisfaction level and the psychological contract performance level were higher than 10%,and the turnover intention rate was lower than that of more than 3 years in the work of the past year, and the turnover intention rate was less than 16.26%.This shows that graduates who work within 2 years in rural areas are more suitable for the existing working conditions and environment, however, with the extension of time, the material life level and growth promotion requirements, psychological expectations and reality difference increases, the reduction of job satisfaction, and turnover intention.Third,home-employment is an effective way to serve modern agriculture. The influence of individual factors on the results of the study shows that the average value of job satisfaction is higher than that of non-return-employment,and the turnover intention is lower than that of non-return-employment in 0.659.It shows that the graduates who work in their hometown are more satisfied with the job and have better stability. But affected by the traditional ideas, graduation is willing to return to employment ratio of only 28%.Fourth,under the system of urban and rural labor division of rural employment of agricultural and forestry university graduates lack of absorption.Only 8.9%of the graduates are willing to work in rural areas. The empirical results show that the factors such as salary, the difference of urban and rural life and family income are still the bottleneck of restricting the employment of graduates.Based on the research conclusions, this paper argues that the promotion of agricultural and forestry university graduates work in rural areas, should be strengthened and improved from the following aspects:(1)increase policy support, efforts to enhance the level of remuneration of rural employment, establish a long-term mechanism to break the two-years-resignation cycle.(2)taking the university students from rural areas as the main body, the implementation of the "bundling of teachers and students-packaging services" to promote the overall team of teachers and students to serve the rural areas of modern agriculture.(3)from the factors of the graduates themselves and the external factors, such as society, universities, families and so on,to break the shackles of the traditional ideas of employment, guide the graduates home-employment.(4)vigorously develop the rural economy, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, improve the level of agricultural modernization, enhance the attractiveness of agricultural and forestry university graduates.
