With the concept of lifelong education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, the society members continued learning enthusiasm was lit. More and more people participate in the adult education learning in order to improve their own professional abilities and the qualities, meanwhile to realize self-development. If it is said that lifelong education is the essential characteristic of the adult education, adult higher education as the high-level education in the form of adult education can not be applied to the general higher education programs to popularize and to teach. But nowadays, the "general teaching" phenomenon of adult higher education still exists; it ignores the adult learners’ characteristics and needs."Cramming education","monologue type" teaching is still full of adult higher education teaching, makes its own characteristics submerged so as to "lose itself" or even lose their foothold in this. So to search a suitable way to which suits adult higher education teaching for their own development is particularly urgent and important.Based on the perspective of the "the dialogue teaching" theory, this article intends to combine "dialogue teaching" with adult higher education teaching, making adult higher education teaching is rooted in the "dialogue teaching" and obtaining the improvement and development experience, so as to build the better construction for the development of the new perspective.In this paper, firstly, set the adult education college of the L University as an example to analyze the adult higher education teaching. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews respectively to investigate the conditions of adult learner’s learning and adult education workers teaching. Finally, we probe into the existing problems and make an analysis of the present situation of the cause. Secondly, the dialogue teaching theory was reviewed. By interpreting the meaning of the "dialogue", the elaboration of the dialogue teaching’s connotation and characteristic, elements and their relationships, the forms and the significance and so on, to grasp overall the real connotation and special value of them. So to introduce the dialogue teaching concept and to lay the theoretical foundation of the adult high education. According to the actual situation of the adult higher education teaching, we intend to advocate the "adult dialogue teaching" by elaborating the teaching idea and the special significance of dialogue teaching in adult higher education. This is the choice of which introduced the concept of dialogue teaching in adult higher education teaching should be choose. Finally intend to provide some relevant advices around the adult higher education teaching. The improvement of the adult dialogue teaching should following the strategies:do consciously the dialogue adult educators; to reiterate the adult dialogue teaching goal with orient the people; to choose the dialogue teaching content to meet the adult’s actual life; to advocate the use of dialogue teaching methods; to construct the diversified evaluation mechanism of adult dialogue teaching and to set up the "I-you" dialogical relationship between teachers and students.
