Xinjiang Ethnic Films win both domestic and international many times, its standing has risen since the20th Century. It spread traditional cultures of Minority Nationalities in Xinjiang, promotes better communication among different countriesã€different regions and different nationalities, become the most important strategic resource to Culture-rich Province.In order to investigate Xinjiang Ethnic Films transmission, Taking the Ethnic Films as cut-in point, The thesis has mainly adopted theory-studying method, literature review method, investigation, narratology, comparative and inductive approaches after reviewing Xinjiang Ethnic Films since the20th Century, The author focuses on the changes of creator,theme of creation and narrative features of Ethnic Films in Xinjiang from a dynamic perspective at macroscopic and microscopic levels, between the horizontal and vertical. Based on surveys and interviews, The paper suggests that the existing problems and Obstacles of Xinjiang Ethnic Films are as follow:1. Urban Movies and Multi-ethnic Culture have been neglected;2. cultural misunderstanding, thought pattern;3. The content of communication incompatible with audience’s expectation;4. The major idea of these films is of much political view education;5. The Ethnic Films has been constrained by lack of communication channel. At last, Combined with experiences and problems of Ethnic Films since the20th Century, this thesis suggest ways for the contents, issuing, marketing and audience, so as to make the film go to stage, approached the audience, and promote the development of Xinjiang Ethnic Films.Overall, The thesis focuses on as that:how the Xinjiang Ethnic Films can win the audience, win the market, how can we spread minority culture better, in oeder to achieve a cross-regional multiracial and multicultural film industry development. |
