There are 25 special ethnic minorities distributed in the southwest region of China,and their costumes and shapes are distinctive,which embodies some of the cultural characteristics of the ethnic group.However,due to the small population and the low degree of cultural dissemination,many people are not familiar with them.The graduation creation "Phi Xing Dai Yue" selected the costumes and ethnic culture of the "Wa","Brown","Pumi" and "Naxi" as the object of creation,Integrate it into the current popular CG illustration creation,use CG illustration and ethnic minority culture to combine the form of digital painting works that express part of the costume culture of the above four ethnic groups,and analyze their creation.The purpose is to show the characteristics of different ethnic groups and conform to modern aesthetics,using the current ACG industry common character shaping style to draw,in an effort to attract more people’s attention,so that people can have more understanding and interest in ethnic minorities,and hope to promote the development of tourism in ethnic minority areas.This series of creations can not only show the differences in clothing and culture between different ethnic minorities,but also reflect certain humanistic values,promote the dissemination of ethnic minority culture,and establish ethnic self-confidence.Because carrying forward China’s excellent culture is an important part of promoting the construction of a cultural power and improving the country’s cultural soft power,ethnic minority culture is also an inseparable part.
