| The quality of nursing work directly with the patient’s comfort and rehabilitation has a direct relationship,which also put forward higher requirements nurses.Therefore,the status of human resources for nursing research and studies for the understanding of the characteristics of the current nursing staff and quality of human resources is of great significance.This article is based on this research background,three hospitals in Shandong Province for a specific object of study,a method using the questionnaire survey of nurses in the region three hospitals Human Resources conducted a comprehensive investigation.Through the survey conclusions can be seen that the current nursing staff in the region are showing a low schooling,younger age,lower age and low retaining the title of "four low" Teatures.And whose jobs and wages and the relatively low level of benefits,career advancement difficult,low organizational cultural identity issues,seriously affected the nurses’work ethic,and produce a burnout and turnover intention.In addition,different qualifications,age care nurses’pay satisfaction and burnout so there are significant differences.Among highly educated nurses that their value has not been effectively affirmed their career burnout is more serious.Its turnover intention obvious.And said that work pressure,low returns before,the gap between ideal and reality,and is not subject to the attention of leaders of the three main reason for leaving nursing staff.For such a conclusion,this paper should improve staff training and self-learning,improve their professional qualities,nothing changes in hospital management,attention to nursing needs,innovative talent evaluation system,improve career planning,attention to organizational culture,improve internal feelings exchanges and other measures.Hope that through this study,immediate and effective discovery Shandong Province three hospital nurses human resources situation and existing problems,as relevant for managers to develop new measures to enhance human resources play a reference and reference value. |
