Myasthenia Gravis Observation Yiqibushen Huazhuo Therapy

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Bushen Huazhuo treatment of myasthenia gravis, as well as the impact of the treatment on the patients’quality of life, the study will provide the new ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.Methods:88cases were collected in the clinic from June2010to June2013. The patients were given Yiqi Bushen Huazhuo treatment and were asked to reduce the drugs used before. The quantitative myasthenia gravis scores, TCM symptoms scores and Busch quality of life scores were recorded before and after3months,6months and9months of treatment.Results:Compared with pre-treatment, the use of drugs were significantly reduced after three months, six months and nine months of TCM treatment. And the clinical symptom score has declined with a very significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions:Yiqi Bushen Huazhuo method is effective in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.
