BackgroundBreast cancer is a common female malignant tumor, traditional Chinese medicine to "ruyan","rushiyong" and "zhengjia" category. Generally considered, it is due to the formation of genetic factors, mood disorders, invasion of evilsand, and poor eating habits, etc. Wuyunliuqi is a multi-disciplinary background regularity theory, which reflects the impact of cosmic energy on life forms. It emphasizes the influence of the universe on human and the occurrence and development of disease, In addition to genetic influences, Wuyunliuqi is the other important element which induces the different constitution among human beings. The different constitution is the fundamental reason of the occurrence of disorders, and this is why we must treat disease according to it.ObjectiveTo explore the fundamental cause of breast cancer from the perspective of Wuyunliuqi, then to arrive in the pathogenesis and explore a new methods of treatment and prevention of breast cancer.MethodsThis study adopts the method of retrospective case study, putting all of the female breast tumor patients registered in Beijing Cancer Registration Center as the research object, at the same time the Beijing women’s permanent population (provided by the Beijing public security department) for comparison. According to the birthday information to deduce the embryonic period, check the table’year-month wuyunliuqi" to determine its endowment, comparing with the resident population of same embryonic period, then we get the susceptible endowment types and resistant endowment types (not to endowment). According to this we analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of breast cancer.ResultsWe get14crowds (endowment types) who are susceptible to develop breast cancer and11crowds (endowment types) who are resistant to. Most of the susceptible crowds were born in the first half of a year, on the contrary most resistant crowds were bom in the last half of a year. The most frequent type of endowment in susceptible crowds is "taiyang zaiquan+shaoyan gsitian", secondly is "shaoyin zaiquan+taiyangsitian". The susceptible endowment which overcomes the effect of the age is "shaohuo_taiyang zaiquan+taitu_shaoyang sitian". ConclusionBreast cancer is due to the excess of "shui" and "huo" in endowment, or the excess of "huo" in endowment and the "shui" resulting from "huo", and often accompanied with excess in two of "jin""tu"""mu". The etiology of breast cancer is the contradiction of "shui" and "huo","jin"and "mu","mu" and "tu" of endowment mentioned above. The pathogenesis is the contradiction of "shui" and "huo",the liver depression and phlegm heat.
