Purpose: Based on the theory of Wuyuniuqi and 54 years meteorological data and 8 kinds of pestilence diseases as the basic data in Changchun area, do some research about the theory of Wuyuniuqi about five circuits six qi changes and pestilence disease epidemic, to search for cure idea and modern research methods of preventing disease of the theory of Wuyuniuqi in Changchun area.Method:To build a Liuqi time database of meteorological factors of during 54 years from 1959 to 2012 in changchun area, and 8 kinds of pestilence diseases database, including:(1)The average relative humidity, average temperature, average rainfall for 24 hours, average water pressure, average wind speed of 5 kinds of meteorological factors, such as day average of Liuqi time;(2)Viral hepatitis, typhoid paratyphoid, scarlet fever, diarrhea, meningitis, measles, whooping cough, Epidemic hemorrhagic fever,8 types of pestilence disease epidemic in the year number, number of annual incidence, month, month morbidity incidence and Liuqi time, Liuqi time incidence(Liuqi time division in Dahan as the starting point).Single factor correlation analysis between Liuqi time pestilence diseases onset and meteorological factors: By using the statistical methods with SPSS19.0 software Spearman correlation analysis; ①Analysis the correlation of Liuqi time pestilence diseases incidence and average temperature, average vapor pressure, the average relative humidity, average precipitation, the correlation between the average wind speed; ②Analysis the correlation of Liuqi time plague in a high incidence of disease incidence and average temperature, average vapor pressure, the average relative humidity, average precipitation, the correlation between the average wind speed; ③To compare the results of the analysis of the two groups to find the correlation between pestilence diseases incidence and meteorological factors.The correlation research of Liuqi and pestilence diseases: The correlation research about Junxiangerhuo of high incidence of pestilence diseases: ①According to the division of Liuqi time, selected the following years of the Twelve earthly branches: Chuzhiqi time of Shaoyangxianghuo for Keqi in the Chen Xu and Shaoyinjunhuo for Keqi in the Yin Shen; Erzhiqi time of Shaoyangxianghuo for Keqi in the Mao You and Shaoyinjunhuo for Keqi in the Chou Wei; Wuzhiqi time of Shaoyangxianghuo for Keqi in the Zi Wu; Zhongzhiqi time of Shaoyinjunhuo for Keqi in the Mao You and Shaoyangxianghuo for Keqi in the Si Hai. Of the above existence Junxiangerhuo plague in a high incidence of disease were studied, looking for Junxiangerhuo associated with high incidence of epidemic pestilence diseases. ②Regard the high incidence of disease of the statistics of Liuqi time kind of plague of Junxiangerhuo as the research data, of which we regard the plague disease incidence data of Zhuqi is Erzhiqi Shaoyinjunhuo and Sanzhiqi Shaoyangxianghou as a group, regard others than including Junxiangerhuo as Zhuqi of Chuzhiqi、Sizhiqi、Wuzhiqi and Zhongzhiqi as the control group, respectively to Mann-Whitney U, analysis of the statistical differences between two groups, compared to "gas of two fire" and "gas of single fire" effects on plague disease onset.Association study of Sitianzhiqi, Zaiquanzhiqi and plague disease: Summarized every kind of plague disease class five lines of attributes, Sitianzhiqi, Zaiquanzhiqi of corresponding viscera tops the list of the year, will be divided into 1959-2012 for 1959-1989 and 1991-2012, two groups, statistics of each group respectively the plague in a high incidence of disease, will every kind of plague disease rate year according to Sitianzhiqi, Zaiquanzhiqi of different categorization based on SuWen · ZhiZhenYaoDaLun described the people of disease characteristics in the main period of Sitianzhiqi and Zaiquanzhiqi of corresponding to the five lines of attributes, characteristics of disease and symptom of statistical year by year.The association study about "Sannianhuayi" and plague disease: By using SPSS19.0 software Spearman correlation analysis of statistical methods to explore the plague in a high incidence of disease and the corresponding two years ago, three years ago, and the correlation of climate change. Specific method is to select the plague diseases from 1959 to 2012 the six gas during high incidence and Liuqi every year in 1959-2012 times of the average temperature, average vapor pressure, the average relative humidity, average rainfall, the average wind speed as the object of study: ①1961-2012, the incidence of disease incidence in Liuqi time and its corresponding two years ago(1959-2010), Liuqi time to analyze related meteorological factors average; ②1962-2012, Liuqi times the incidence of disease incidence in the corresponding three years ago(1959-2009), Liuqi time average meteorological factors related analysis.①Meteorological factors of influences to 8 kinds of plague disease and higher risk of are roughly the same: Liuqi time wind speed is the main influencing factors of 5 kinds of meteorological factors which affect plague class high incidence of disease; the important factors of average relative humidity and temperature are that affect plague disease incidence, and the average relative humidity, vapor pressure and temperature are important influence factors of affect plague a high incidence of diseases.②The relationship between Liuqi and plague diseases: first, plague diseases is easily caused when the year of Junxiangerhuo is mostly Keqi. Second, the popularity of epidemic diseases is more serious when Zhuqi and Keqi both happen in the year of Junxiangerhuo. Third, Liuqi’s changes and plague diseases have a certain correlation. When the year of Junxiangerhuo is mostly Keqi measles, whooping cough, high rates of typhoid paratyphoid with Erzhiqi closely related to the wind speed; Measles, pertussis incidence is closely related to Sanzhiqi the wind speed, the high incidence of diarrhea, meningitis, scarlet fever and air temperature, wind speed of Sanzhiqi closely related.③Among 8 kinds of plague diseases, dysentery, typhoid paratyphoid, whooping cough, epidemic encephalitis, measles and epidemic hemorrhagic fever happen with and Wuyunliuqi, the disease characteristics of people in the main period of Sitianzhiqi, Zaiquanzhiqi is has high coincidence rate, the theory of scarlet fever and the incidence of viral hepatitis theory coincidence rate is low. ④Plague disease onset and meteorological factors, just as two years ago, and the research results of the correlation of the meteorological factors roughly the same three years ago, the first two years and the first three years of wind speed of plague disease is the main influence factors, and the average relative humidity and the temperature is important influence factors, in addition to the viral hepatitis and epidemic hemorrhagic fever, six other kinds of diseases and three years ago, two years ago, and the correlation of meteorological factors are basically identical. Contrast that year, two years ago, and three years ago to the research results of various meteorological factors average wind speed, relative humidity and temperature to plague the onset of disease have very important influence.Conclusion: ①Average wind speed of this year, two years before, and the first three years, relative humidity and temperature on plague the onset of disease have very important influence. ② "Sannianhuayi" is suitable for Changchun area plague disease research. ③Junxiangerhuoqi has very important influence on the outbreak of the disease, the popularity of Results: plague disease outbreak is more serious when Junxiangerhuo Zhuqi and Keqi happen at the same time, besides Junxiangerhuo times cause the the prevalence of epidemic disease. ④The characters of the diseases at Sitianzhiqi and Zaiqquanzhiqi based on the theory of Wuyunliuqi have almost the same coincidence rate, suitable for plague prevention and control of diseases research in this area.
