| Radioactive dermatitis (Radioactive dermatitis, RD) is due to the radiation (mainly the beta, and gamma rays and x-rays) irradiationcausing damage to the skin mucous membrane inflammation.It is mainly found in patients undergoing radiotherapy and working in the inappropriate protection. The radiation Can cause a series of reaction and damage in skin,it shows the reversibility of hair loss Dermatitis of the skin、 pigmentation and irreversible atrophy, the destruction of the sebaceous glands and permanent hair loss, thus lead to radiation necrosis, then form ulcer.Radiation dermatitis is a inevitable complication during radiotherapy,affecting the appearance and quality of life of patients,but also the tumor control,if not treated in time,it will form a delayed healing of chronic ulcers.Currently there are a lot of studies about radiation dermatitis.Some progress achieved in the treatment of radiation dermatitis by Chinese medicine.There are o lot of Advantages including low toxicity,high efficiency,low cost and ect。This dissertation consists of a literature review and clinical studies of two parts.Part1:ReviewReview of the literature review and clinical research for the theoretical basis of radiation dermatitis and abroad in recent years,Western medicine progress.Including basic research on the mechanisms of Medicine radiation dermatitis,clinical study treatment,the medicine’s understanding of radiation dermatitis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and prevention of radiation dermatitis in patients with medication and psychological,diet and other aspects of care are discussed.Part2:clinical studiesObjective:The research of "Qing re huo xue jie du" prescription in treating acute radiation dermatitisMethods:The test taking itself controlled trials.We observed30breast cancer post operation appeared acuteradiation dermatitis duringradiotherapy.When they appeared radiation dermatitis.The same dose region in chest wall were randomly divided into the test area and the control area,the drug smear test area,plus routine care;control group were given routine care.We evaluate the patients per week, record subjective feeling,observe dermatitis reaction degree and take pictures,follow-up until two weeks after the end of radiotherapy. Results:1)Treatment of this self-made radiation dermatitis effectiverate in thetest area was93.3%the cure rate was60.0;obviously higher than33.3%and20.0%of the control group.After the test the level of the test area dermatitis patients was lower than the compared group(P<0.05).2)The symptoms such as itching and redness after treatment was significantly reduced compared with the compared group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effection of "Qing re huo xue jie du" prescription in breast cancer patients with acute radioactive dermatitisduring the period of radiotherapy is accurate.It can reduce the symptoms of patients with acute radioactive dermatitis,it can reduce pigmentation and itching feeling,reduce the grade of radioactive dermatitis,promote healing of the dermatitis.This test belongs to the exploratory research,the present,we only collect Ⅰ and Ⅱ degree of radioactive dermatitis,the curative effection of patients with Ⅲ and Ⅳ level still needs further research.At the same time,further tests may be expanded by the scope of disease and increase the control drugs. |
