Clinical Observation Of Liancun Shengji Ointment In The Treatment Of Patients With Radiation Dermatitis

This paper is divided into two parts:literature review and clinical research.Literature review introduces radiation dermatitis from two aspects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The first part introduces the related knowledge and treatment of radiation dermatitis in western medicine,including the pathogenesis,influencing factors,evaluation and drug treatment of radiation dermatitis.The second review analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of radiation dermatitis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes the medication rules,and summarizes the external and oral medication of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of radiation dermatitis.The second part of this paper is clinical research.In the clinical research part,we observed the clinical effect of Lianchuang Shengji ointment in the treatment of radiation dermatitis through self-control study.Objective:To observe the effect of external application of Lianchuang Shengji ointment on radiation dermatitis classification(RTOG),RISRAS score,pain score,KPS score and TCM symptom score,and to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Lianchuang Shengji ointment in the treatment of radiation dermatitis with the treatment of "nourishing yin and promoting heat,promoting wound healing sore muscle",so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of radiation dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Research methods:a small sample,selfl control clinical study was conducted.,32 patients were included in the study.Lianchuang Shengji ointment was used for external application once a day,the observation and medication time was 14 days.The radiation dermatitis RTOG grading,RISRAS score,pain score,KPS score,TCM symptom score were observed before treatment,7 days,9 days,12 days and 14 days,safety evaluation indexes included ECG,blood routine,liver and kidney function.The statistical methods were analyzed by SPSS 24.0.Results:Finally,30 cases were observed,including 11 males and 19 females.1.Clinical efficacy comparison:a total of 30 patients completed the treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,19 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%;2.Comparison of RTOG grading before and after treatment:there was a significant difference in RTOG grading after 14 days of treatment(P<0.05),and the rank mean value of dermatitis grading after treatment was less than that before treatment;3.Comparison of pain score before and after treatment:NRS score decreased from 2.73±1.05 before treatment to 0.50±1.01 after 2 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);4.Comparison of RISRAS score before and after treatment:RISRAS score decreased from 12.72±3.20 before treatment to 3.52±5.37 after 2 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);5.Comparison of TCM symptom score before and after treatment:the TCM symptom score of the patients decreased from 9.23±2.16 points before treatment to 2.63±3.88 points after 2 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);6.Comparison of KPS score before and after treatment:the KPS score of the patients increased from 79.67±8.80 points before treatment to 86.33 ± 10.33 after 2 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of safety,there was no adverse skin reaction after external application of traditional Chinese medicine,and there was no obvious discomfort during and after use,and there was no obvious change in ECG,blood routine,liver and kidney function.Conclusion:Lianchuang Shengji ointment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with radiation dermatitis,relieve the discomfort of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.The external application of Lianchuang Shengji ointment is safe.
