| Atopic dermatitis, also known as atopic eczema, afodic dermafifis and atopica dermatitis, is a chronic and recurrent allergodermia with vigorous pruritus. According to statistics, over 40%of the world population are under the pressure of idiocrasy and hypersensitivity at present while the morbidity rate of AD is increasing gradually every year. As numbers of the western medicine's treatments are of high recurrent rate, there is no radical and effective treatment in the world so far. Therefore, it is a great concern to the worldwide department of dermatologry and the clinicist of the department of pediatrics to find out a treatment or medicine with exact clinical effect and little side effect.Purpose:To make an objective evaluation on the effectiveness and advantage of the " Qing-Xin-Pei-Tu" so as to lay a foundation for the clinical practice and new drug discovery. Methods:To number the group randomly into "For internal treatment", "For internal and external treatment" and "control group of western medicine". The course is 3 month long which requires constant observation. The value of SCORAD, the quality of life and the necessary safety factor are the evaluation index.Results:After 3 months, the advantage of the "Qing-Xin-Pei-Tu" overweight that of the western medicine as the value of the patient's SOCARD had been greatly reduced. It has clearly shown the effective treatment of the " Qing-Xin-Pei-Tu". According to our telephone interviews, the total effect of the threes groups are 90%,90%,70%after three months while the previous are 80%,90%,30%.Conclusion:This clinical research has proved the reliability of the "Qing-Xin-Pei-Tu",the long-term effectiveness of Chinese traditional treatment on reducing the use of external hormone and side effect. It is a better way to treat the atopic dermatitis.
