Therefore seek a rapid onset,more effective, less invasive, less s ide effects, inexpensive treatment becomes necessary.In recent years,a needle-knife therapy is the progressive dev elopment and the formation of a new therapy in the treatment of1igamenta flava hypertrophy caused by lumbar spinal stenosis,more effective, not to undermine the stability of the spine,and the tr eatment time is short,quick recovery,prices inexpensive,easy to a ccept patients,worthy of promotion.Currently using a needle-knife cutting ligamenta flava treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis less experimental studies and clinical reports.Objective: To observe the needle-knife cutting ligamenta flava treatment of lumbar canal stenosis symptoms, signs of improvement in the si tuation,and analyze summary is intended to provide some objective clinical reference for the treatment of the disease,as the disea se Conservative treatment provides a clinically effective,safe an d inexpensive method of treatment.Methods:In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusio n criteria in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis collected in J anuary2013-2014in February during the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine hospital treatment,usi ng a needle-knife cutting ligamenta flava its treatment.Former pa tients involved in the study were all conducted after surgery two weeks,after3months of follow-up and record JOA,VAS score.Final ly, the use of statistical software spass17.0related statistical analysis.Results:1. JOA Rating:(1)preoperative and postoperative JOA scores2weeks,preopera tive6.53±1.22, af ter2weeks21.06±4.33, P<0.05, the difference w as statistically significant.(2)preoperative and postoperative JOA score3months compared to preoperative6.53±1.22,after3months of21.53±4.28, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.2. JOA walking ability rating:(1)before and2weeks after the JOA walking ability compared with preoperative0.84±0.37, after2weeks1.94±0.44, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(2)preoperative and postoperative JOA walking ability three m onths compared with the preoperative0.84±0.37,after3months1.97±0.40,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.JOA efficacy evaluation:(1) after2weeks:where excellent in11(34.4%), good in16(50%),3(9.4%) and poor in2(6.2%), good rate of84.4%. (2)after3months:where gifted10(31.3%), good in18(56.3%),2(6.2%) and poor in2(6.2%), good rate of86.6%.4. VAS Rating:(1)before and after surgery2weeks VAS scores preoperatively6.84±1.08, after2weeks3.50±163, P<0.05, the difference was st atistically significant.(2)preoperative and postoperative VAS scores for three months, preoperative6.84±1.08, after3months3.85±1.91, P<0.05, the dif ference was statistically significant.5.VAS efficacy evaluation(1)two weeks after VAS efficacy evaluation:six cases markedly effective in24cases,2cases, the effective rate was93.8%.(2)after3months VAS efficacy evaluation:9cases markedly ef fective in20cases,3cases,the effective rate was90.6%.Conclusion:1.Needle-knife cutting ligamenta flava can effectively improv e lumbar spinal stenosis caused by back pain,intermit tent claudi cation,signs, and follow-up of stable short-term effect.2.In the standard operation of the premise,a needle-knife cut ting ligamenta flava treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in clin ical applications secure.
