| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of needle-knife release of lumbar facet joint capsule and surrounding soft tissue,combined with local injection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis,relieve the pain of patients with lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis,and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,90 patients with typical degenerative osteoarthritis of lumbar spine were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)in the outpatient department and in-patient department of orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group: Loosen lumbar facet joint capsule and surrounding soft tissue with needle knife,and cooperate with local injection of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Control group 1: Loosen lumbar facet joint capsule and surrounding soft tissue by needle knife alone.Control group 2:Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection local pain points and periarticular injection treatment.Two weeks were a course of treatment,and the observation and comparison period was 15 days.At the same time,JOA low back pain score and visual analogy score(VAS)were used to calculate the difference between the improvement rate and visual pain score,and to compare,analyze and study the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the two control groups after different treatment methods.Result: VAS visual analogue score and JOA score of the three groups before and after treatment,the improvement rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the two control groups.After 15 days of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group(90%)was higher than that of control group(67%)and control group(2%).The treatment group and the two control groups used statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION: In clinical observation,the treatment group can effectively improve the indexes of low back pain,mobility and dysfunction,and its curative effect is better than that of control group 1 and 2.This test method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.It has the advantages of direct action on the lesion,quick effect,less trauma,and economic convenience.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
