The Imaging Manifestations And Formation Mechanism Of Spine Lamina Vertebrae Inferior Of Lumbar Spine

Objective To study the imaging findings of spine lamina vertebrae inferior(SLVI)of lumbar spine and explore the formation mechanism of spine lamina vertebrae inferior of lumbar.Methods A total of 400 patients were selected from January 1,2018 to May 30,2018 in our hospital for lumbar discomfort and other reasons,and 400 patients were divided into three sections according to age,youth group: 20-40 years old;middle age group :41-60 years old;elderly group: over 61 years old to compare the occurrence of SLVI,the Kruskal-wallis test was used to analyze the youth group,middle-aged group and elderly group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Among these 400 patients-197 were found to have SLVI.There were 77 males,120 females,the age arranged from 20 to86 and the average age was(58.2 ± 3.8).The incidence of SLVI in different spinal segments was compared,and the data were analyzed.P<0.05 was statistically significant.All the patients with SLVI were divided into stable spine and unstable spine(scoliosis minor joint asymmetry,history of spinal trauma,lumbar spondylolisthesis.etc.),the incidence of stable spine(control group)and unstable subvertebral spine(observation group)was compared,and the data were analyzed.P<0.05 was statistically significant.The morphology,walking and position of the SLVI and its adjacent relationship with the ligamenta flava were observed.Results The incidence of SLVI was significantly higher in the middle-aged group and the elderly group than in the youth group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of SLVI between the middle-aged group and the elderly group(P>0.05);Sublaminar spine appeared in T11 ~ L5,occurrence rates of the SLVI were sort by incidence:T12?T11?L1?L5?L2?L4? L3,and there was a significant difference in the incidence of SLVI(P<0.05);The incidence of SLVI in the unstable spinal group(observation group)was significantly higher than that in the stable spinal group(control group),and there was a significant difference in the incidence of SLVI(P<0.05);the edge position of the SLVI was consistent with that the outer margin of the ligamenta flava,located at the anterior lateral margin of the lumbar vertebral plate and at the lateral notch of the lower incisor,with the tip facing down to participate in the intervertebral canal and the posterior wall of the spinal canalConclusion By reconstructing the spine with CT coronal position,sagittal position and oblique position and 3D image,the shape and position of the SLVI and its adjacent relationship with the ligamenta flava can be clearly observed.The formation of the SLVI may be related to the degenerative changes of the spine.the stress of the spine and the ossification and stress,which is consistent with the degenerative factors of the ligamenta flava?...
