Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of combined treatment,That is,the clinical therapeutic effect of combined treatment of The da-zhui acupuncture point puncture cupping and collaterals cupping combined with acupuncture group,Evaluate its safety,To explore the possible mechanism of large vertebral puncture and collaterals cupping therapy,It provides a clinical basis for clinical combined treatment. Methods:The patients included in the study were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with The da-zhui acupuncture point puncture cupping and collaterals cupping combined with acupuncture, and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone. After the prescribed course of treatment is completed,The skin lesions of the patients were evaluated by the comprehensive grading system of acne(GAGS),Before and after treatment, the skin loss score and the skin loss regression rate were calculated,To evaluate the efficacy of the two treatments,The software is used for statistical analysis of data.Results:1 ? The general data of the two groups before treatment were comparable by chi-square test and t-test(P > 0.05).2.Before and after treatment of the treatment group, the skin lesions were treated with t-test,P=0.00(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3?Before and after treatment, the skin lesions were treated with t-test,P=0.02(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.4 ? After the treatment of two groups, the skin loss score was evaluated by independent sample t-test,and P=0.027(P<0.05).5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and P=0.039(P<0.05)was statistically significant through chi-square-test,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in efficacy.6.The total effective rate of acne in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. But after the rank sum test,P=0.087,(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of acne between the two groups.7.Neither group had serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The da-zhui acupuncture point puncture cupping combined with acupuncture and single acupuncture has certain clinical efficacy in the treatment of wind-heat acne in lungs2.The efficiency of puncture and collaterals cupping combined with acupuncture was significantly higher than that of the pure acupuncture group3.The total effective rate of acupuncture and collaterals cupping combined with acupuncture was higher than that of the pure acupuncture group, but the rank sum test showed no significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups of patients after one course of treatment4.The da-zhui acupuncture point puncture cupping combined with collaterals and acupuncture was superior to simple acupuncture in alleviating the severity of skin damage5.The combination of The da-zhui acupuncture point puncture cupping and collaterals with acupuncture and simple acupuncture has high safety, and no adverse reactions have occurred.
