Clinical Observation Of The Acanthopanax Anshin Yin In The Treatment Of Incoordination Between Heart And Kidney Type Of Insomnia

Objective:The thesis is to observe the clinical curative effect on Acanthopanax An Shen Yin in the treatment of the incoordination between Heart and Kidney type of insomnia,and discusses the mechanism of the treatment,so as to provide new ideas for TCM clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods:Collect 50 cases of Incoordination Between Heart and Kidney type of insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 25 cases,the treatment group was given oral Acanthopanax An Shen Yin,and the control group was given oral Wu Ling capsule.The treatment was 28 days.With Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and clinical observation of TCM symptom integral index,this study is aimed at evaluating the clinical curative effect of Acanthopanax An Shen Yin in the Treatment of Incoordination Between Heart and Kidney type of insomnia.Results:After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate,PSQI score,TCM syndrome score in the treatment group are better than those in the control group.There is a difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).Indicating that the treatment group in improving the quality of sleep and TCM syndrome is better than the control group.The two groups after treatment and follow-up for three month after the total efficiency comparison,the treatment group has no significant difference(P>0.05);control group(P<0.05)has it,indicating that the treatment group's curative effect is more stable and better than the control group.Conclusion:Acanthopanax An Shen Yin can significantly improve the sleep quality and TCM Syndromes of the incoordination between Heart and Kidney type of insomnia patients and has stable long-term effect.
