Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy and security of treating PNE(Heart KidneyIncoordination) with Jiaotongxinshen Xingshenqiangzhi therapy.Methods:Will meet thediagnostic criteria of the60cases of Primary Nocturnal Enuresis were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group,30cases in each group, treatment group,Jiaotongxinshen Xingshenqiangzhi therapy, granted a TCM decoction withsangpiaoxiaosan adding elecampane and ephedra together; control group, Jiaotongxinshentherapy, granted a TCM decoction with sangpiaoxiaosan subtracting Rhizoma AcoriGraminei.2weeks for a course of treatment, six treatment, follow-up12weeks. Throughthe rating scale before and after treatment were observed the treatment of the overallefficacy, enuresis classification efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptomimprovement rate and long-term efficacy, adverse reactions and safety. Results:1.treatment group and control group total effective rate were93.33%,70%,The treatmentgroup was better than control group,(P<0.01).In improving the sleep wake-up level, poormemory in the treatment group was better than control group,(P<0.01).Syndromes thatwas treatment group and control group total effective rate was100%and96.67%respectively, there was no significant difference,(P>0.05).Age, gender, no significantcorrelation between therapeutic effect and duration(P>0.05).2.The treatment groupadverse reaction rate0%, control group3.33%, P>0.05, no significant difference.3.Afterthe follow-up, the treatment group and control group recurrence rate were3.57%,23.80%,(P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlgroup.Conclusion: Jiaotongxinshen XingshenQiangzhi method of treatment of pediatricprimary enuresis disease clinical curative effect.
