Objective:This study through comparative study of exploration ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) Combined with xiaozhiling injection in treating hemorrhoids clinical application value.Methods:120cases of II&III degree hemorrhoids patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the treatment group of60cases by using ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) Combined with xiaozhiling injection in the treatment the control group of60cases by using ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) in the treatment. The two groups were observed before and after treatment of symptom and physical sign changes, using statistical software SPSS17.0to analyse the results,.with alpha=0.05to the standard for two-sided test.Results:Two groups of patients in general by T test and chi-square test:before treatment, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, two groups of data are comparable; The scores of symptom and physical sign were obviously decreased in both groups which after treatment; hemorrhage score were obviously decreased in both groups at7days and14days after operation, The treatment group is better than the control group,with statistical difference (p<0.05). The scores of haemorrhoids two groups were significantly decreased, after operation7days,14days and30days to observe no significant differences between the two groups, but through follow up visit there is significant difference in recurrence rate Between the two groups at the6months after operation, without serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:RPH combined with xiaozhiling injection are effective and safe in treating hemorrhoids.
