Objective Miao Nationality’s Jiu xian luo han jie gu decoction promote rabbit tibial fracture healing work mechanism of action and animal experimental observation.Methods Using traditional Chinese medicine method of decocting, preparing experiment required concentration of decoction, millipore filtration standby. New Zealand rabbit right tibialis anterior disruption caused by width3mm depth2mm of the bone defect model, were randomly divided into three groups;Jiegu decoction group(experimental group), Sanqi (Panax Notoginseng) control group, saline group. Through the different phases of New Zealand rabbits were body weight, body temperature, WBC, RBC, platelets, blood calcium, phosphorus, ALP, X-ray, HE detection and the change of VEGF expression in observation of fracture healing situation.Results1. The body quality comparison:7th days before the body quality comparison, no significant differences in meaning(P>.05). After7th days continued to28th days Jiegu Decoction group mass increase was better than the other two groups, two control body quality also increases and Sanqi (Panax Notoginseng) group is obviously superior to the physiological saline group (P<0.05); But the two groups of body quality increase obviously lower than Jiegu Decoction group.2. Red blood cells comparison: Jiegu Decoction group and the rest of the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), Jiegu Decoction group and Sanqi group after the treatment from notoginseng7lh days began to bone soup red blood cell group increased significantly; Sanqi Notoginseng control group and sal ine group1-7th days red blood cells increased significantly, the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).3. Blood calcium comparison:Jie gu Decoction group after treatment from7th days calcium ions increased significantly and continue until the21th days. Sanqi group calcium ions 7-21th days increase obviously, Physiological saline group of calcium rise is not obvious; Jiegu Decoction group and the rest of the two groups and Sanqi group and physiological saline comparison between two groups, have significant difference (P<0.05).4. Blood phosphorus comparison:Jiegu Decoction group after the treatment from the7th days blood phosphorus slowly rising and lasts for three weeks; Sanqi group blood phosphorus after the treatment7-21th days slowly rise; Physiological saline group blood phosphorus continued to slowly rise28th; Jiegu Decoction group and the rest of the two groups of comparisons and Sanqi group and saline group comparison between, differences are significant(P<0.05);5. AKP comparison:7th days before3groups there was no significant difference significance,14、2th days Jiegu Decoction group and Sanqi group comparison significant difference (P<0.05);21th days Sanqi group and saline group comparison, significant difference (P<0.05); Jie gu Decoction group after the treatment from the7th days AKP increased gradually until21th days, Sanqi group continued to28th days, physiological saline group of AKP continued to14th days.6.Hemorheology detection:Jiuxianluohanjiegu Decotion on fracture big white rabbit hemorheology effect: In7th%、14th and21th days each experimental rabbit whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte press task back, Jiuxianluohanjiegu Decotion group and saline group and Sanqi group compared each time all have significant difference (P<0.05), In the first Jiuxianluohanjiegu Decotion group and saline group and Sanqi group is no significant difference, no statistical significance(P<0.05).7. X-ray film score half quantitative analysis displayed:postoperation7th、14th、21th and28th Jiuxianluohanjiegu Decotion group of fracture healing faster than Sanqi group and saline group (P<0.05).8. Lane-Sandhu histological score:jiegu Decotion group and the rest of the two groups of ratings have significant difference (P<0.01). Sanqi group and saline group results significant differences(P<0.05).9. VEGF expression:Molding after jiegu Decotion group and Sanqi group of VEGF mean optical density (MOD) average optical density value in the course of fracture healing to14th days and28th days when compared with saline group, difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); jiegu Decotion group and Sanqi group of VEGF MOD average optical density value in the course of fracture healing to21th days when difference have statistical significance (P<0.05); Prompt jiegu Decotion group and Sanqi group in the treatment of14th days to promote the synthesis and secretion of VEGF is higher than normal saline group; Two groups of VEGF MOD rise throughout the experimental process and promote bone cell maturation,accelerating the process of fracture healing; The MOD jiegu Decotion group and saline group comparison, aP<0.05; Compared with Sanqi group, bP<0.05.Conclusion Jiuxianluohanjiegu Decotion to the rabbit tibial shaft fracture of promote fibrocartilaginous callus generation, shorten the effect of fracture healing time.
